Shipping Times & Rates
Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. You'll receive a tracking code via email once your order has shipped. Most orders within the United States are delivered within 7-10 business days. If you feel like you've been waiting for too long, please reach out to our customer service team.
We use flat rate shipping to keep things easy for you. If we're delivering to the continental United States all orders under $75 ship for $5. Orders over $75 ship free #incentives. If we're delivering to Canada shipping is $8 with free shipping on orders over $100. Anywhere else in the world, shipping is $20.
What Happens if My Package is Lost?
Unfortunately Cove & Capri cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
How Can I Pay You?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We do not accept cash, check, money orders or basically any other type of payment that requires trees to pay the price.
What Do You Do With My Information?
What About Returns and Exchanges?
We only accept exchanges for wrong sized or defective items. You'll be responsible for the return shipping. Once we've received your item we'll email your address on file with a store credit for the purchase price less shipping costs. Please include your order number in your return package. Can I Change My Shipping Address?
If your order has not shipped yet, please reach out and we can update the delivery address.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
